Ethics and Professionalism

Professional ethics the ethical norms, values, and principles that guide a profession and the ethics of decisions made within the profession. “Ethical behavior is not the display of one’s moral rectitude in times of crisis. It is the day-to-day expression of one’s commitment to other persons and the ways in which human beings relate to one another in their daily interactions”.

Professionalism the skill, good judgment, and polite behavior that is expected from a person who is trained to do a job well. A high level of professionalism is expected when working with clients.
